Some projects are just that, projects, than others feel not only enjoyable but purposeful. This project was exactly that. This was an addition built for an amazing family who wanted to age-in-place. So we built them an almost 500 square foot state of the art addition. Outfitted with way above and beyond insulation components, luxury items such like a built in fireplace and dedicated tv wall, 2 standard closets and 1 dedicated washer/dryer closet fit with a new LG smartstack laundry system. New hardwood floors, energy efficient windows, elegant hardware, Mitsubishi mini split system, matching closet doors to homes existing doors, we converted their half bath to a full bath and built them a custom shower, with custom shower glass doors, a bench, niche lighting, matching fixtures. This one was not only an amazing build start to finish but the amazing clients made it feel that much more enjoyable. Value added, purpose fulfilled, stunning result.
