Leclair's Garden Level Renovation

​Craftsmanship and elegant detail are the cornerstone of this garden level renovation. This was a really special project, with an exceptional attention to detail, a beautifully designed paint palette and elegant touches throughout. This was a completely unfinished space that now looks tastefully modern. Large egress windows in each bedroom, very well insulated, 2 new bathrooms, 2 new bedrooms, a great room and a family room. A hand made whitewashed fireplace, a nice quaint kitchenette with under cabinet lighting for coffee and dry goods. A large custom storage closet in the great room, all closets equipped with motion sensor lighting, a beautiful quality waterproof LVP floor, crown moulding, baseboard heating, and our personal favorite two custom built bathrooms beautifully crafted and woven in with the design and color scheme.
