The Lander's deck & spa house

This was possibly one of the most enjoyable projects we have done so far. A monster 700+ square foot deck atop of a structurally over and above grid foundation of double bridging joists, intersecting on 6x6 posts, 15 footings, 4 helical piles, double 2x12 rim joists. Finished with quality trex deck boards, PVC trim, PVC lattice, vinyl post sleeves and vinyl deck railings. Complimented with various deck lighting throughout. Secondly, a structurally strengthened foundation constructed for the spa house, with the purpose of supporting a hot tub spa and a 16' x 17'-foot structure. (4) 5' x 5' foot windows, (2) large skylights, (1) 6' foot wide sliding door. (6) recessed lights, whisper moisture vent, dedicated tv outlet, baseboard heat, custom storage bench, waterproof flooring, PVC baseboard trim. This one has all the bells and all the whistles.
